Beltway Lakes Phase II

In February of 2008, Radler Enterprises continued the trend of quality at Beltway Lakes when construction commenced on the Phase II building. A mirror image of the Phase I building, Phase II of Beltway Lakes adds another six stories and 165,000 square feet of Class A office area to the project.  Phase II has been certified at the Gold level under LEED® Core and Shell program. Learn More.
